Living now as a LADA lady (neither a Type 1 nor 2 diabetic but a '1.5' sort: Latent Autoimmune Diabetes in Adults), I still eat anything, but being mindful that I cannot eat everything. Neither should any of us.
Yet, I still love to cook, and I love to eat.
Here to help anyone else in the same pickle!
